Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although somewhat outdated considering the price, offered a good size and a cool view. The service was consistently friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the Riverwalk and other key spots in downtown Reno, making it perfect for my activities. The dining experience, despite some dishes being cold, was overall satisfying with a nice breakfast selection. The facilities were decent, with everything I needed during my stay.
Staying on the 11th floor was fantastic! The rooms were quaint, quiet, and so comfortable. Plenty of storage space available. The hotel is clean and extremely comfortable. While the price is worth it, some areas could be improved for better value for money.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience! The rooms were nice and the bed was very big and comfortable, especially on the 7th floor newly remodeled, making it very clean, well stocked, and quiet. The service was very courteous and helpful, although during breakfast they were a bit rude. The location was a major plus, with plenty of furniture and within walking distance of the river, food, and casinos. The dining experience was excellent with made-to-order omelets and waffles, but they ran out of coffee and scones early. The facilities were top-notch, overall a great value for money.
